An error occurs during scanning. What error code is displayed?
error code 1101
SMTP/POP3 Server does not exist in the network
- Check the SMTP/POP3 server name or IP address
- Check the network settings on the device
- Check the network to which the device is connected (DNS server, routing, etc.)
error code 1102
Login to SMTP/POP3 server fails
- Check the login name and password
- Check the SMTP/POP3 server
error code 1104
The domain is not accessible due to settings and locks
- Check the SMTP parameters on the device
error code 1105
SMTP protocol is not enabled
- Check the SMTP protocol settings on the device
error code 1106
The sender address is not entered on the device
- Enter the sender address on the device, check the SMTP settings
error code 2101
